Garage Pitti Rules and Regulations

Service ScopeGarage Pitti’s services are limited to the custody of vehicles. We do not assume responsibility for personal belongings left inside the vehicle unless entrusted to our staff.

Vehicle Height LimitThe maximum vehicle height allowed is 2.40 meters. This restriction is clearly communicated at the entrance, near the access ramp. If a vehicle exceeding this height causes damage to the garage, other vehicles, or persons, Garage Pitti is not liable, and legal actions may be taken.

Liability for Personal ItemsGarage Pitti is not responsible for personal items (e.g., keychains, phones) that are not left in the custody of our staff.

Vehicle Keys and Engine
Upon arrival, clients must follow the staff’s instructions, turn off the engine, and leave the keys attached to the vehicle. For safety and fire prevention, all vehicles must remain unlocked, with the keys inside. Failure to comply will result in additional charges for any issues that arise.

Pre-existing Damage to VehiclesClients are required to report any pre-existing damage (e.g., scratches, dents) to their vehicle, including wheels and accessories, upon arrival. Garage Pitti is not responsible for any unreported damage.

Vehicle Access During Stay
Once checked in, the vehicle must remain in the garage for the entire parking duration. Access to the vehicle is only allowed with staff supervision, upon request at the help desk. If you would like to use your vehicle during your the time it is parked at Garage Pitti, please notify the staff in advance with a copy of your parking ticket.

Opening HoursGarage Pitti operates from Monday to Saturday from 7:00 AM to 12:00 AM and Sunday and Holidays from 8:00 AM to 12 AM. No check-ins or check-outs are permitted between 12:00 AM and 7:00 AM. Clients must be aware of these hours, including any special holiday schedules, which are communicated both in the garage and online.

Smoking ProhibitionSmoking is strictly prohibited inside the garage, including on the ramps, in parking spaces, and adjacent areas.

Post-Exit ClaimsOnce the vehicle has exited the garage, no claims regarding the service (e.g., damages) will be accepted. The company is not responsible for any issues after the vehicle leaves the premises.

Acceptance of TermsBy checking in a vehicle, the client automatically accepts all rules and conditions, whether booked online or upon arrival.

ZTL PaperworkOur staff will handle all necessary paperwork for accessing the ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone) in Florence. Any changes must be communicated in advance.

Parking TicketClients must keep their parking receipt and check that the license plate information is correct. Losing the check-in ticket requires payment for the entire duration of the parking stay.

Staff ResponsibilitiesWhile the staff is available to assist clients, their primary responsibility is ensuring safe vehicle movement and parking.

Feedback and ReviewsWe encourage clients to address any concerns directly with us before posting online reviews. In the event of false information being posted, Garage Pitti reserves the right to take necessary legal action.

Rule UpdatesGarage Pitti will notify clients of any changes, updates, or additions to these rules as soon as possible.
